color: inherit; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><b>一是要养成经常思考的习惯</b>。平时要养成在开会、看材料、听报告时思考的习惯，并勤于总结归纳，在长期思考中形成自己的思路。<b>二是要养成反复推敲的习惯</b>。组织工作材料概括起来大体有八大类：领导讲话、工作汇报、经验材料、理论文章、调研报告、课题、简报、通讯消息等。要写好这些材料，关键就是要反复推敲、反复修改。要打磨标题。题好一半文，题目一定要醒目，能够吸引人的眼球，达到让人看了题目就想看内容的效果。要打磨结构。文章的结构、层次、详略、因果不能有问题，更不能出现逻辑性错误。要打磨素材。素材要真实可靠，特别是对于第二手材料，一定要进行认真核实。要打磨观点。所写的各种材料不能犯政治性错误，必须符合党的政策、法规要求，更不能有常识性错误。要打磨内容。在内容上要提炼，不能重复、不能打架、不能前后交叉。要打磨语言。不同的材料对语言的表达要求不一样，比如领导讲话稿要尽量用短句子、排比句、口语。<b>三是养成精益求精的习惯</b>。做好文字工作，切忌应付差事，要慢工出细活，精益求精。要从排版这些最基础的工作做起，绝不能在字体、格式、标点等方面犯低级错误，要反复地进行校对。</span><span style="max-width: 100%;
