　　我讲的“大”，就是跳出眼前的美女来看美女，类似于“跳出上海看上海”、“跳出杭州看杭州”，要系统阐述美的标准，才能配上我们文艺青年的气质。
　　
　　
　　只有从大处着眼、小处着力，才能品出美女之美。打个比方，我们讨论美女美不美，我们可以先说“大的概念”，某知名人物是怎么设置美女标准的；再说“周边情况”，我们当地对美女是怎么一个理解的；最后可以谈这位女孩身上的美女特质，从大到小、层层论证美女之美。
　　
　　
　　比如办公室开“夜学会”，办公室领导让大家都发发言，你要怎么发言呢？我们可以尝试“从大到小”去阐述：对于这次办公室夜学，我觉得很有必要，概括来说是三个“有”：
　　
　　
　　一是市委有要求（大的概念）。市委书记多次强调，各地各部门要主动学习、主动谋划。我们市委办作为服务市委的中枢机构，就要按照市委的要求，在学习上作表率、当标杆。
　　
　　
　　二是工作有推动（周边情况）。我们办公室同志不是为了学习而学习，更是通过学习互相交流借鉴，来更好地推动工作。
　　
　　
　　三是个人有提升（个人特质）。通过集中学习，可以让我们在繁忙的工作之余、及时充电，提升自己的能力素质。
　　
　　
　　这个从大到小的认识，用的地方很多，我们在各地文稿经常看到类似的表达，而且经久不衰。比如：
　　
　　
　　一是上级有要求。说白了就是把上级领导讲话抄几句，不要把上下级抄错了就可以了。上级领导的话总是高屋建瓴，所以对我们没有技术要求。随便说个案例，如中央领导说要精准扶贫，省级领导也说精准扶贫，那我们也要精准扶贫。
　　
　　
　　二是发展有需要。就是把开展这项工作有什么好处，展开来讲讲，哪项工作没有好处啊？你只管编就是了。接着上面这个案例，扶贫对发展有什么意义作用啊，你去网上找几点过来就是了，我不信您找不到是吧。
　　
　　
　　三是本地有基础。这个更简单，就是把与工作相关的内容找点出来。比如扶贫工作，我们可以对上级说：“嘿领导，我们早就开始有小成果了，基础非常好、潜力也非常大，接下来就可能有大成果了，你信不信？”
