font-weight:bold; font-size:16.0000pt; font-family:'楷体_GB2312'; ">完善待遇确定机制。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; font-size:16.0000pt; font-family:'仿宋_GB2312'; ">城乡居民基本养老保险待遇由基础养老金和个人账户养老金构成、基础养老金由中央和自治区确定标准并全额支付给符合领取条件的参保人<font face="Times New Roman">;</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">个人账户养老金由个人账户全部储存额除以计发系数确定。明确各级人民政府、集体经济组织和参保居民等各方面责任。在中央确定的全国基础养老金最低标准基础上，根据城乡居民人均可支配收入和财力状况等因素，合理确定基础养老金最低标准。根据实际提高基础养老金标准，并对</font><font face="Times New Roman">70</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">岁及以上参保城乡老年居民予以适当倾斜，给予</font><font face="Times New Roman">70-79</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">周岁城乡老年居民每人每月增加</font><font face="Times New Roman">5</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">元基础养老金，给予年满</font><font face="Times New Roman">80</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">周岁及以上城乡老年居民每人每月增加</font><font face="Times New Roman">10</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">元基础养老金。对超过最低缴费年限</font></span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; font-weight:bold; font-size:16.0000pt; font-family:'楷体_GB2312'; ">建立个人缴费档次标准调整机制。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; font-size:16.0000pt; font-family:'仿宋_GB2312'; ">根据城乡居民收入增长情况，合理确定和调整城乡居民基本养老保险缴费档次标准，供城乡居民选择。<font face="Times New Roman">2020</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">年前，根据当地农村居民人均可支配收入增长情况调整最低缴费档次标准</font><font face="Times New Roman">200</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">元。对低保对象、特团人员、重度残疾人等缴费困难群体暂时保留</font><font face="Times New Roman">100</font><font face="仿宋_GB2312">元缴费档次。</font></span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';
