XX县投资体制改革工作情况汇报

font-size: 16pt;">(三)严把招标工程准入关口,强化招标代理机构核查。</span></b><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:方正仿宋_GBK;mso-hansi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-bidi-font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">重新拟定《</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:方正仿宋_GBK;mso-hansi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-bidi-font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">XX</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:方正仿宋_GBK;mso-hansi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-bidi-font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><font face="方正仿宋_GBK">县招标代理机构库管理制度》,明确</font>15种情形一次性出库,8种情形暂停抽取代理业务12个月,6种情形暂停抽取代理业务6个月;决定由县发改委会同县公管办组织专门工作组,对库内的35家工程建设招标代理机构进行复核,其中3家未提交相关材料自动放弃入库,3家按照考核办法被淘汰出局,库内合格的共29家;同时完善工程建设项目招标代理机构入库公告内容,择优选取代理机构作为入库候选单位,共新征集工程建设项目招标代理候选单位43家,合计72家纳入招标代理机构库。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:方正仿宋_GBK;mso-hansi-font-family:'Times New Roman';mso-bidi-font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.1500pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;"><b><span style="font-family: 楷体_GB2312;
