font-family:仿宋_GB2312; font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt; ">根据市直工委和市局党组的部 署,主持制定了《X 实施方案》,区分 X 个专题组织开展学 习,邀请专家教授为机关全体党员作了专题辅导讲座,组 织党组中心组(扩大)学习会 X 次,制作宣传展板 X 期。与 此同时，还组织举办了专题培训班,开展了学习 X 和 X 征 文活动。对照市直工委调研督查提纲,认真开展自查自纠, 检查机关支部学习情况 X 次,组织 X 个组对 X 个所属单位 开展了督导检查。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; ">树立“X”的思想不动摇,组织 协调 XX 名领导干部和机关党支部，建立了 XX 个基层党建 工作联系点,确定了 XX 个“X”党建工作示范点。局领导 班子先后 X 次到基层检查督导党建工作, “X、X、X”做法 得到上级的一致认可。主持制定了 X 项党建工作制度,明 确了党组、党组书记、党组成员、党建部门、党支部、党 支部书记 X 类主体、X 项全面从严治党任务清单和责任清 单。严格落实中央八项规定精神,主持出台《X 实施意见》， 配合市纪委开展了八项规定“1+X”专项督查。局党组 X 次专题研究党风廉政建设工作,召开了全面从严治党工作会议,下发了《2018 年全面从严治党工作要点》</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; ">X 月,在市直工委和局党组的领 导和指导下,完成了局机关党委、机关纪委的换届,上半年 完成了X个支委会的换届。抓好县级局成立机关党委工作, 新增机关党委 X 个,增配专职党务干部 X 名。按照抓党建 带“X”的原则，指导完成了 X、X、X 的换届。落实各级 党组织抓党建的主体责任，组织举办了基层党支部书记培 训班,主持召开了基层党支部建设经验交流会。以“X”为 载体,完成市局机关 XX 个党支部和 XX 名党员的电子信息 采集,党建微课人均达到 XX 学时。进一步规范党费收缴管 理,开展了自查自纠。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; ">党建业务“两张皮”现象仍存在。一些基层党组织常常 认为业务工作是中心,党建工作是从属,党建工作未能很 好地融入日常业务工作。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes'; font-family:仿宋_GB2312; font-weight:bold; font-size:16.0000pt; mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt; ">四是</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';
