box-sizing: border-box !important;">多用群众喜欢的语言才能接地气、有生气、聚人气，也才能够让听众听得懂、听得进、记得住</strong></span>。十八大以来的五年，党员干部队伍中一度存在的不良政治状况得到明显改变，党员干部队伍建设进一步加强。我曾以军队反面典型谷俊山为例进行反腐专题的讲述，“谷俊山曾狂妄地说过‘想当将军吗？就来找我谷将军’，这些不廉洁的军队将领虽然不能动枪动炮，但都是管枪管炮的，过去很多将领是点菜将军而非点将将军，是办公室将军，而非沙场将军”。生动形象的语言，恰如其分的比喻，客观中肯的描述，既让听众对党员干部队伍中的败类深表痛恨，又为过去五年反腐倡廉的巨大成效欢欣鼓舞。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">故事不一定长，点到即可，说明问题即可</strong></span>。在宣讲“中国特色社会主义进入新时代意味着科学社会主义在21世纪的中国焕发出强大生机活力”时，我讲了个戈尔巴乔夫与签字笔的故事：1991年12月25日晚7点，时任苏联总统戈尔巴乔夫在电视直播中宣布辞职、解散苏共。签字时戈尔巴乔夫自己的笔出了问题写不出字，身旁的CNN主席Tom Johnson连忙借给他一支笔。现在，这支签字笔已在博物馆展出，参观者无不感叹曾经足以和美国抗衡的社会主义苏联就此土崩瓦解。简短而又生动的故事，让使命感和危机感在大家的心头荡漾。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">有些问题说破却不点破，往往会给受众留下再次深入文本的机会和无限思考的空间</strong></span>，让他们自己去判断、去思考、去寻找答案，这同样也是宣讲的技巧。十九大报告显示了党对建设中国特色社会主义的强大自信，展现了党不断探索、不断创新、不断超越的伟大历史进程。在宣讲中，我点到为止地讲了三个小故事，让受众在留白中自己去感悟这种强大的自信和力量。一个是中国共产党从上海石库门来到北京天安门，从嘉兴南湖进入北京中南海；第二个是习近平总书记在十九届政治局常委中外记者见面会上，吟诵“不要人夸颜色好，只留清气满乾坤”的诗句；第三个是2017年11月8日，美国总统特朗普访华，习近平总书记选择在故宫内唯一现存的西式建筑宝蕴楼会见。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">不意味着宣讲中故事越多越好</strong></span>。党的理论永远是“红花”，故事是“绿叶”，只能是“绿叶”衬托“红花”，而非取代。在实际宣讲中，特别是面对基层群众，可以考虑适当增加故事的量，如果面对的是机关干部或理论工作者，故事应少而精。同一题材的故事，<span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(227, 108, 9); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">面对不同的受众，也要有不同的切入点和侧重点</strong></span>，如十九大报告中打好“污染防治攻坚战”这一主题，在南通港闸区小院课堂宣讲时，我以老百姓身边的长江为例，而在青海西宁宣讲时，我以三江源头为例展开。因地制宜讲故事，更好地让宣讲引起受众的共鸣、共思、共振。</p><p style="max-width: 100%;
