box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(241, 13, 70);">三是要带着感恩。</span></strong>我感到，保持正确的心态至关重要。正如一位哲人所说，心态决定一切。它能够左右一个人的思想、影响一个人的行为，甚至决定一个人的命运。心态正确就会宁静而安详，感到生活温暖;就会迸发出干劲和活力,感到工作愉悦。如果心态不好，就会在顺利时自以为是、傲气十足、得意忘形，在逆境时怨天尤人、牢骚满腹、烦躁不安；就会既笑别人不如己，又怕别人比己好，斤斤计较，患得患失；甚至会为了牟取一己之利而不择手段，这样势必害事业、害组织，最终也会害了自己。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">因此，这些年来我不断学会以感激的心态对待工作、对待他人、对待组织。从实践看，效果不错。机关上上下下都能善待我，无论是年长的还是年青的、领导干部还是普通职工、我联系多的还是接触少的、我们班子成员还是其他同志，大家都能给我关心和帮助、给我支持和鼓励、给我提醒和教导，让我感受到真诚、感受到友谊、感受到温暖，使我感动、使我感激、使我增添了精神支撑。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(241, 13, 70);">四是要带着清醒。</span></strong>通过十多年的历练，使我更加清醒地认识到：在个人与组织的关系上，一个人的成长和进步离不开组织的培养和造就；在职务与能力的关系上，一个人的工作能力不是随着职务的提升而自然提高，“官大了不等于本事大了，地位高了不等于水平也高了”；在工作与成效的关系上，一个人肯干事是态度、想干事是热情、会干事是能力、干成事才是本事，这种本事靠上级封不出来、靠权力压不出来、靠自己吹不出来，只有靠实实在在做人、认认真真做事，才能逐步得到提高。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(241, 13, 70);">五是要带着正气。</span></strong>有人认为，政治家与科学家的最大区别在于，科学家99次失败，1次成功，就能功成名就。而政治家99次成功，1次失败，就会身败名裂。因此，领导干部既要有本事，也要守本份。作为一个年轻干部更要不断加强党性锻炼，提高修养，不断地防止和扫除自己身上的政治“灰尘”和“微生物”，始终保持光明磊落、清正廉洁，自觉遵守党政领导干部廉洁从政的有关规定，力求有本事、能干事、不出事。</p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style="margin-top: 10px;
