text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">始终聚焦政治建设，深入学习领会*关于党的建设和组织工作重要论述，贯彻落实《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》以及上级组织工作会议精神，从党员干部的入职宣誓开始抓，不断加强理想信念教育和思想理论武装，引导工作人员增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”，全面落实新时期好干部标准，准确把握组织路线服务政治路线这个根本原则，旗帜鲜明讲政治，把政治建设贯穿党的建设和组织工作全过程，使选出来的干部党组放心、群众满意、干部服气。</span><span style="max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">随着机构改革和主责主业的聚焦推进，人才队伍的素质和结构面临新的更高要求，迫切需要一大批适应XX工作发展的复合型、专业型人才，在选拔使用干部上，仅靠“空一个编招一个人”的方式已不能完全满足用人需求；</span><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;
