box-sizing: border-box !important;">让眼界开阔引领思想解放。</strong>跳出江西看浙江，来到浙江看杭州，主要有四点体会：一是“敢”，敢想敢试、敢闯敢干。杭州的飞速发展离不开敢想敢试的不懈追求。从智慧城市到数字经济，从之江实验室、阿里达摩院等创新平台的打造到基金小镇、梦想小镇等特色小镇的壮大，都处处体现着敢为天下先的精神。二是“新”，勇于创新、善于创新。杭州“因水而生”，做活钱塘江、大运河、西湖“水文章”的绝妙创意令人耳目一新，无论是城市之肾的西溪国家湿地公园，还是美轮美奂的沿江景观带，都是创新的产物、创意的杰作。三是“抢”，抢先发展、抢抓机遇。杭州抓住了发展的“风口”——大数据。从“电子商务之都”到“城市大脑”，再到“全国首批5G试点城市”，杭州引领并带动了全国数字经济发展。四是“精”，精致建设、精细管理。杭州城市建设大气且精细，无论是城市东扩、旅游西进，还是沿江开发、跨江发展，都体现打造宜居宜业宜游之城的精品追求。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">采他山之石坚定发展信心。</strong>通过学习考察，学到的是方法、是经验，更是信心。一是敢为人先的魄力。杭州率先进行市场取向改革，闯出了一条条新路。比如，杭州大力推进“最多跑一次”改革，实现企业开办“一日办结”。二是善谋大势的水平。杭州善于在世界大趋势、全国大格局中谋划发展，他们抢抓数字经济发展机遇，大数据、智能制造等新业态已成为经济发展的新动力。三是集约集优的理念。杭州搞城市建设、抓产业发展，是集群集约地组团式开发，一个项目就是一个产业集群，一个产业就是一个经济板块，一个板块就是一个城市功能区，是我们推进城市建管、实施产业转型的难得参照。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">扛政治之责奋力担当作为。</strong>进贤将真学真用真落实，主要做好“五道题”：<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一是老题新做。</strong>围绕医疗器械“一根针”等“七个一”优势产业，实行产业链“链长制”，重点打造医疗器械千亿产业，笔杆子参考高起点规划建设1950亩现代化医疗器械产业集群集聚区。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二是无题创作。</strong>探索“飞地经济”模式，与南昌高新区合作共建电子信息产业园，加快联决电子等项目建设。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">三是小题大做。</strong>以乡村振兴“五面红旗”争创活动为抓手，重点实施中建材智慧农业等农业产业化项目，全力构建以富硒产业园为引领的“硒+X”现代农业发展格局。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">四是有题必做。</strong>发展全域旅游，不断唱响“游军山湖、尝大闸蟹、品李渡酒、鉴文港笔、吟婉约词”的进贤旅游品牌。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">五是难题敢做。</strong>始终坚持全面从严治党、依法治县有机统一，集中整治“软不廉洁”作风问题，开展骏马奖、蜗牛奖评选，营造担当实干、风清气正政治生态。</span></section></div><p></p>
