color: rgb(0, 82, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important;">要破除思维定势。</span></strong><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">古人云：“苟日新，日日新，又日新”。一直以来，办公室是制定政策、制定规矩的地方，也是应最讲程序、最讲规矩的地方。同时，机关工作的特性，也容易让人产生一种路径依赖，顺着既有的思维定势行事，增加了提高工作效率的机会成本，也容易错失改革发展的大好机遇。因此，唯有破除思维定势，勇于创新，才能在新的环境下履行好自己的岗位职责，凸显青年干部应有的担当。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 16px; color: rgb(0, 82, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important;">要提升工作定力。</span></strong><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一是要增强政治定力</strong>。把对党绝对忠诚作为青年干部的根本价值追求，牢固树立“四个意识”，认真学习和践行习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，严格落实“两学一做”活动内容，不断增强政治定力。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二是要保持廉洁定力。</strong>清正廉洁应是党员干部应有的政治本色，也是“四特”干部中“特别自律”的核心要义。作为青年干部，在服务领导、服务部门的过程中，不可动贪欲之念、为僭越之行，管好自己的手，收好自己的心，方可堂堂正正做人、干干净净做事。三是要提升规则定力。办公室是出规则的地方，也必然是最讲规矩的地方。作为公文审核把关，如果不讲规则、规矩，不坚持原则，一个字、一个标点所造成的可能就是政府利益受损、办公室影响受损的大事。因此，必须坚持所坚持的，不被他人所左右，不被外力所影响。</span></section><section style="margin-right: 16px; color: rgb(0, 82, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important;">要保持品德定性。</span></strong><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">“政者，正也”。柏拉图在《理想国》中将品德德行作为从政者重要的追求和价值标准。德行，关乎人内在，是人在社会关系中最核心、最本质的存在。作为青年干部应保持最真实的自我，不应为适应环境，而一味地去迎合他人，丧失自己的真性情，人云亦云，没了自己的傲骨。面对个人发展和利益时，更应保持一颗平常心，坚守底线，不在现实和利益面前放逐自我。</span></section><p></p>
